Toys that cannot be washed should be gently hand washed with a mild soap before being allowed to air dry in the sunshine. Alternatively, after hand washing, these toys can be dried on low heat. In either scenario, heat aids in germ eradication. Regularly disinfect them, just as you would with machine washing.
